Born in Frankfurt/Germany and a graduate of the University of Florence/Italy, Renate Bever has many years of experience in various industrial sectors: she worked as a sales manager for a world-famous metalworking company and then started her own company in the manufacture of electrical and electronic equipment.
In 2004 she decided to found Ultra System together with Paolo Balagna, the designer of all the detergent formulations, in order to create a worldwide sales network. Today she is CEO of the head office in Martigny and in charge of 5 production sites, one on each continent.

Steve Pickles is Sales Manager for the local domestic market in Thailand and Regional Manager for the network of agents and distributors throughout Asia. He provides technical support to customers by actively testing Ultra Plast products in their facilities. He attends trade shows in the region to showcase Ultra Plast products and assist machine builders in providing colour and material change solutions to their customers.
